REFUND POLICY

  • At Smart Wellness, we are dedicated to give you the best possible salon and spa services, while also curating the most attractive discount offers. We request you to read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly before making any purchase. While we strive to be as flexible as possible with our full price services, our special offers often come with specific terms of use, such as selected timings, or until the stock last.      

  • If you decide over time that your voucher is no longer of interest, You can also ask to be refunded in store credits, which are valid for the period mentioned in the offer coupons.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

  • Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • – If your Smart Wellness voucher has expired

  • – If you have purchased a voucher by mistake
    – If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment
    – If you cannot use your voucher due to personal reasons

  • Online vouchers/Coupon

  • • Online Vouchers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers

  • • If your in-store invoice exceeds the value of Online Voucher(s)/Coupons then you will need to pay the remaining amount in the store
    • Online Vouchers/Coupons are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
    • Lost or stolen Online Vouchers/Coupons cannot be replaced.
